Kugira ngo inzu cyangwa ikibanza byawe byamamazwe kuri AMAZU IBIBANZA, ugomba kuba wujuje ibi bikurikira:

  • Kuba ari wowe nyir’umutungo cyangwa uri umuhuza / umwamamaza (promoter) wemewe na nyirawo
  • Gutanga amakuru nyayo kandi yuzuye ku mutungo
  • Kwerekana igiciro nyacyo (kugurisha cyangwa gukodesha)
  • Gutanga aho umutungo uherereye ukoresheje link ya Google Maps
  • Gutanga amafoto agaragaza neza inzu cyangwa ikibanza
  • Gutanga nimero ya telefoni cyangwa email ikora
  • Kwishyura amafaranga yo kwamamaza angana na 5,000 RWF (kuri ubu — ashobora guhinduka mu gihe kizaza)

Inzu cyangwa ibibanza bifite amakuru atuzuye, atariyo, cyangwa binyuranyije n’amategeko ntibyamamazwa.

To list a house or land on AMAZU IBIBANZA, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be the property owner or an authorized promoter / representative of the owner
  • All provided information must be accurate and complete
  • The price (rent or sale) must be clearly stated
  • The location must be shared using a Google Maps link
  • Clear photos of the property must be provided
  • A working phone number or email must be included
  • A listing fee of 5,000 RWF is required (current rate — subject to change)

Properties with false, incomplete, or illegal information will not be published on the platform.

Abatekamutwe bakunze kugambirira abashaka kugura cyangwa gukodesha inzu n’ibibanza bakoresheje impapuro mpimbano, kwihutisha kwishyura, cyangwa kwiyitirira ba nyir’umutungo.

  • Irinde amasezerano agushyiraho igitutu cyo kwishyura vuba (Mobile Money / Crypto).
  • Ntugatange indangamuntu yawe, impapuro z’ubutaka (UPI), amakuru ya banki, cyangwa amafoto y’ibanga kuri internet.
  • Genzura nyir’ubutaka unyuze mu nzego zemewe (NLA, Irembo, Umurenge).
  • Sura aho hantu imbonankubone mbere yo kwishyura.
  • Tanga amakuru y’uburiganya kuri RIB.
